Requesting Gate Camera Footage
This form is used to request video recordings (“Data”) from the Association’s security camera system in accordance with the Security Camera Policy. Submission of this form does not guarantee access to or release of any data.
Under the Policy, footage may be reviewed only for the following purposes:
- Deterring and documenting unauthorized entry, vandalism, and other misuse of the gate and common area access;
- Assisting law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting crimes; and
- In response to a lawful court order.
The system is limited to the front gate and associated access areas, and footage is automatically deleted after 30 days. Requests are reviewed by the Safety Committee.
To submit a request, download the form below, complete the fields, and sign in ink. Then either mail it to Foothills II, P.O. Box 65093, Tucson, AZ 85728, or email president@foothillsii.com to arrange hand delivery.
