There are two ways to open the unattended front gate:
Enter the pound key [#] followed by a four-digit access code provided by a homeowner. OR
Enter a three-digit lot (or code) number. This will call the resident for them to open the gate remotely. If you need to look up a resident lot number, follow these steps (also printed on the unit):
- Press the A or Z key to scroll through the directory.
- Enter the three-digit number or press CALL to call the resident for them to open the gate remotely.
- If busy or no answer, press CALL or the pound [#] key to hang up and try again.
Homeowner RFIDs
The Gate Coordinator maintains responsibility for our gate and radio frequency identification (RFID) openers. If you have gate issues or require special access, contact the coordinator using the e-mail address or phone number indicated on the Contacts page or in the Neighborhood Directory.
- New and replacement units can be purchased through the gate coordinator.
- You can have either your cell phone or land line programmed into the front gate control.
